Further to the government’s announcement, we shall temporarily close our offices to clients from 5th November for 1 month. We regret that we cannot offer face to face appointments at this time or accept any ad hoc visits to the office from clients.
We wish to reassure clients that we have in place a good, working infrastructure to enable us to shift our working to remote working with ease. This will enable us to continue to meet the standards our clients expect of us, and to continue to offer a catalogue of high street legal services to existing and new clients alike.
Over the last few months, we have put in practice the new techniques and platforms we have learned to deliver our advice, take instructions and execute documents, as well as lodge court papers and attend court hearings. We will continue to offer the same high standards competently, and with no disruptions.
Our staff will be working remotely during this second lockdown. You can still contact the person handling the case by email and telephone in the usual way. We would ask for documents and any payments to be transmitted to us electronically where possible.
Please contact us by email or telephone during this time and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
If you have legal issues you want to discuss or resolve, we would say do not let the virus stop you from taking initial legal advice about it. We can still make a Will for you. We can progress the purchase or sale of residential property for you. We can still advise about family law issues. etc.
We can offer tailored initial advice at a telephone appointment, which should give you the knowledge and information you need to make the right decisions for you and your family.
We will continue to review our practices and procedures in light of Covid-19, with the objective always being to achieve ‘business as usual’.
Please call us on 01630 652405 if you need legal advice and assistance with an existing or new legal matter, and we shall be pleased to help you. Thank you.
