Who is the Armed Forces Covenant?

The Armed Forces Covenant is a voluntary pledge from the nation to our brave troops and their families to demonstrate total support and commitment to ensuring that their treatment is fair and respectful by the society.

This year we have proudly received a Gold Award for Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) 2022. Only 1 of 5 businesses were awarded the gold level in the West Midlands, and we have achieved this fantastic accomplishment.
