Are you a carer in need of some free legal advice?
Chris Milne, Private Client Solicitor and Director of Onions & Davies, will be holding a talk for carers in association with the Worcestershire Association of Carers on Monday 7th August 2023 at 10.30am.
The two-hour session will provide carers with essential legal advice on how to plan for the future, should they reach a point when they are unable to provide for the person they are caring for, either through illness or after they have passed away.
The talk will cover several important topics, including:
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Wills
- Trusts
- Living Wills
- Tax and Care Fees Planning
- Home Ownership
Carers can attend the talk online over Zoom or in person.
All you need to do is book a place.
Joining online is simple. You just need access to the internet, a phone, laptop, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone (most laptops and phones have these built in-now).
