Coronavirus will have affected each and every one of us in some way or another. We have all, of course, lived the last year or so in unprecedented circumstances. Not least, it has affected the way in which we have had to work, with most businesses having been forced to work remotely.
At Onions & Davies, we have worked remotely since the first lockdown in March 2020 although in short it has always been ‘business as usual’.
We have operated and continued to do so throughout the pandemic. We remain fully functional and, despite having to offer our services remotely, we have continued to be available to our client’s throughout for appointments, court hearings and advice when they needed us. We have implemented new platforms for us to be able to do this including BTMeetMe, Zoom and telephone appointments.
The feedback we have received from client’s has been extremely positive with most saying that they would like this option of service to continue.
The service that we offer continues to be personal and effective. We have always continued to meet the individual needs of our clients. This period has certainly not been without its challenges but the firm came together as a team virtually.
With our specialist case management systems we are able to continue to provide the best possible service to our clients.
We have therefore recognised the impact that Covid-19 has had on the world and the way we work. Although the office has now reopened on an appointment only basis, we will continue to offer remote appointment and telephone appointments to those that require them and, as we always have been, will continue to be accessible to our clients. We appreciate that this is a service that may assist our clients, especially those who are unable to travel to attend the office for a face-to-face appointment.
Of course, the service and advice you receive will continue to be of the highest standard whether conducted remotely or face-to-face. Our focus is to offer the best service to our clients and to meet their individual needs where possible.
