Yes, if you and your partner live at the same property and have decided to put both of your names onto the title deeds, we can do a transfer of equity for you both. If the current registered owner as a mortgage on the property, you will have to seek the consent of the lender to add the second owner, who will also become party to the mortgage. In this instance, we can act for both of you and your lender.
