We display the artwork of a local artist in our offices. Clients and locals alike are welcome to come in and visit to look at the artwork, and attached is a short piece about the local artist Joshua Sedgley. The artwork is for sale, and we can provide Joshua’s contact details if any visitors would be interested to purchase them.
A bit about Joshua Sedgley…
Josh has previously completed a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Photography & Digital Imaging at Newcastle-under-Lyme College (NULC), now simply known as Newcastle College.
Josh is currently specialising in fine art landscape and nature photography, although he also undertakes commissions for pet photography and portrait photography.
Josh has photographed British author Adam Hamdy twice and he has also photographed several cabinet level politicians.
Josh has worked alongside Jamie Ricketts, Rob Smith and Steve Leath from local newspaper The Shropshire Star. This also meant that he saw local TV personality Nick Hancock.
Josh’s work has been selected for The Three Counties Exhibitions in 2017 and 2018 and ‘Snowfall’ won The Peoples’ Poll at The 116 Gallery in Stoke-on-Trent.
Three of his images were voted as Top Ten entries by the general public participating in The Countryfile Magazine Winter Photo Competition, with ‘Highland Cow in Winnington’ getting the most votes and being judged the overall winner.
Josh has produced the 2019 Market Drayton, with local images.
